What is NexRx, how does it work, and who is it for?
NexRx is an AR-powered pharmaceutical scanning platform that captures and verifies dozens of data matrix codes in a single camera pass, turning hours of manual scanning into minutes. Using your phone's camera, it overlays live, colour-coded status on every pack in view, checks each code's EU FMD status in real time, and lets you search visually by batch, expiry, serial number, or FMD state. It runs on the iOS and Android devices your team already owns, with no proprietary hardware and a cloud-hosted backend that connects to your existing ERP/WMS and NMVS providers. NexRx is built for pharmaceutical wholesalers, pharmacies, and hospitals that need fast, error-free goods receipt, stock verification, and decommissioning while staying fully EU FMD compliant.
Which countries does NexRx support, and what if my country is not listed?
NexRx currently supports Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain. If your country isn't on this list yet, get in touch with us and we'll give you a timeline for availability. Rollout to each new country depends on acceptance of our system by the responsible National Medicines Verification Organisation (NMVO).
